Our house blend, Fairchild is a versatile coffee profiled to meet all of your coffee needs. It's rich chocolate note provides a nice backbone for espresso and milk drinks, but it's bright and nuanced in a filter coffee as well.

This is a low intervention washed coffee from Sidama, Ethiopia. The flavor profile is floral, bright, sweet, and super fresh. We also taste a subtle and silky body akin to green tea.

This regenerative, organic coffee is grown using farming practices that go beyond sustainability. They help restore soil health, increase biodiversity, and support the well being of farm workers.

This is a low intervention washed Java variety coffee from Huila, Colombia, produced by Hazel Juliana Guevarra (La Terraza), Hernán Calderon (Finca Bilbao), and Albeiro Ordoñez (Finca Buena Vista). The flavor profile is intriguing and chuggable, with complex floral and citrus notes.
